SR-22 is the name of the document insurance companies can send to the Department of Revenue to confirm that a driver is covered by auto insurance. An SR-22 policy is required for a two-year period following any DWI-related suspension of your driving privileges. If you need SR-22 insurance, call your agent to check availability.
